The Cultural Association of India in Wichita was founded in 1985 by Dr. Prem Bajaj.

Since 1985 the Cultural Association of India (CAI) has been the cultural voice of the Indian-American
community in the Wichita metropolitan area. Our organization’s mission is to educate and share the
cultural diversity of the India Sub-Continent region with our local Wichita community. Our entire
organization is volunteer based, and relies on the generous support and dedication of our community
members and business partners.

CAI organize many events every year, distribute quarterly member newsletters, publishes an annual
yearbook, and maintains a social media and web presence. CAI partners with other organizations such as the Wichita Asian Association (WAA), Wichita IndoChinese Center (WIC), Hindu Temple of Greater
Wichita (HTGW), and Wichita State University’s Indian Student Association (ISA) and Association for
Hindu Students in America (AHINSA).

Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to partnering with you and your organization to
